Meet your host, Tracie.
Welcome to Beachside Getaways! My husband and I have been welcoming vacationers to North Myrtle Beach since 2017. We take pride in offering clean, comfortable, well-maintained places where you can relax and feel at home.
We began with our beach house, Off Duty—a name inspired by my husband's retirement from law enforcement K9 work—and added our condo, Little Slice, in 2023. As an Airbnb Superhost, I know how much a great guest experience matters.
Whether you're visiting for a beach weekend, a summer vacation, or an extended off-season stay, I'm happy to help you plan your getaway.

Our rental guidelines
Please review these guidelines before requesting a reservation. They apply to both Off Duty and Little Slice.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
- Primary renter must provide a photo ID before booking is finalized.
- Parking is limited to two vehicles.
- No smoking or pets.
- No parties or loud music.
- No motorcycles or trailers.

We understand that vacation plans can change. Here’s what to expect if you need to cancel a direct reservation at Off Duty or Little Slice.

7–13 days before arrival50% refund of the total reservation amount

A $200 deposit confirms your reservation, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. If we can rebook your canceled dates, we may be able to offer an additional refund.
Cancellation timing is based on the scheduled check-in date. Refund terms and payment details will be confirmed in your written rental agreement before booking. Monthly stays may have different terms provided in advance.
